 The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Biotechnology Regulatory Services (BRS) is sharing and inviting public comment for 60 days on the draft Guide to Submitting Data for Reports and Notices in APHIS eFile. You may use the guide now, and review and submit public comments to help identify any areas that require further clarity. The comment period is open starting October 12, 2023, on the regulations.gov website at https://www.regulations.gov/docket/APHIS-2023-0078. We will consider all comments received by December 11, 2023, prior to issuing the final version of the Guide. |
