State-Specific Grant Resources: Nebraska and Wisconsin
Nebraska will award $9.8 million in grants to meat processors through the state’s Independent Processor Assistance Program Grants. These grants will support projects designed to improve and/or expand Nebraska’s meat processing capabilities. For more information and to submit an application by the August 12 deadline, visit Nebraska Department of Agriculture. Wisconsin announced the Meat and Poultry Supply Chain Resiliency Grant Program, investing $10 million to grow Wisconsin’s meat processing industry.
