| Meeting 2 – Liability and Dealing With Neighbors The Winter horse educational series will continue with our second in-person meeting on Thursday, March 24, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in the Franklin County Extension Center annex meeting room in Louisburg. Dinner will be served first followed by the program.The topic will be “Liability and Dealing with Neighbors-Your Rights,” presented by Andrew Branan, NCSU attorney.
