The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has an immediate need for a seasoned Public Affairs Specialist (GS-13). In this role, you will lead Agency communications about our work under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to respond to SARS-CoV-2 and other diseases in animals and potentially help prevent or limit the next global pandemic.
As part of our team, you will build and sustain relationships with partners, draft and share Agency communications, solicit feedback, and identify and address issues, challenges, and problems.
