Dear Rebecca,

I hope you and your farms and families are doing well. We’re wrapping up our recent grassfed series and have some great resources below for you to share with your customers. This week we’re also announcing a retail partnership we’ll be celebrating all month long. Read on for more farmer resources from AGW and thank you, as always, for all that you do.

Grassfed Resources for your Customers
Looking for resources about grassfed products that you can share with your customers? Our resources have expanded recently with a blog post about grassfed claims, a grassfed label comparison chart, plus many educational social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram that are perfect for sharing in your newsletters and through social media. Don’t miss two great grassfed recipes from Rare Earth Farms in NC and Bachman Family Farms in OK.

Chatham Marketplace April Round Up
During the month of April, Chatham Marketplace, a local coop in North Carolina, is partnering with AGW for their monthly Round Up program. Shoppers can round up the amount of their purchase to the nearest dollar (or any amount), and all the extra will be donated to AGW. We can’t say enough thanks to Chatham Marketplace for their generosity and support for AGW and AGW-certified farmers. Do you work with retailers who partner with nonprofits? We love partnering with retailers, so get in touch with us in the comments below or info if you have ideas about how we can work together.

AGW Merchandise for Markets
Do you need any AGW merchandise for your farmers’ market set up? Branded, vinyl and metal signs along with vinyl decals are great to help your certification(s) stand out. Brochures make nice additions that help your customers learn about the meaning of your AGW certification. Take a look and place your order online.

Featured Resource: Technical Advice Fact Sheet 17 – Age of Weaning Lambs
This technical paper examines the impact of different weaning ages on the welfare of ewes and lambs, the importance of good nutrition during lactation, and the impact of weaning age on lamb growth and productivity.

Updates From Your Peers
