and taking care of each other
View as Webpage
Dear Rebecca,

It has been another week of wintry weather for many of us, and I hope all of you are doing well and staying warm as we inch a little closer to Spring. We talked about emergency plans for AGW-certified farms last week, and our team is here to help any way we can if you do run into problems caused by weather taking an unexpected turn. You can always reach out to us at 1-800-373-8806, info or through your regional coordinator if needed.

In case you missed it, we have a new explainer blog on what “pasture-raised” really means—feel free to share widely. You’ll also find more updates from your peers in the email below. Thank you, as always, for reading, for farming and supporting the work of AGW. We couldn’t do what we do without you.

Meet the Farmer: Bison Du Nord
Pierre Bélanger and family raise Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW bison at Bison Du Nord in Earlton, Ontario. The 570-acre ranch is located in northeast Ontario, right on the border with Quebec. The rugged landscape of fertile soil produces excellent grass, making the property’s pastures a natural fit for bison. Get to know Bison Du Nord.
