In the midst of challenging times and a global pandemic, we are taking things one day at a time while doing our best to anticipate what’s to come so that we can (try to) plan accordingly. As an organization, we continue the work of certifying – working hard right now to grow AGW’s Certified-Non-GMO by AGW program (currently offering a 25% off summer discount) and to welcome the Certified Regenerative by AGW pilot program into the fold. We are excited about this new addition to the AGW family and are proud to continue the work of offering the most trusted and respected certifications out there.

On a separate topic, we have been following the fires out West and also realize that hurricane season is upon us. AGW’s Sustainable Farming magazine is the world’s leading magazine for sustainable livestock production. The Summer 2020 Issue of Sustainable Farming Magazine includes articles about preparation and planning (specifically as it relates to repercussions of the pandemic), AGW’s newest certification, Certified Regenerative by AGW, along with an array of technical articles. We were excited to share the news (also covered by PerishableNews.com) of Georgia Native Cattle Company’s new line of Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW, Certified Grassfed by AGW beef sticks, available nationwide. FarmProgress.com addresses the confusion caused by many food labels, particularly the non-GMO claim, and features AGW’s Certified Non-GMO by AGW program and the importance of third-party verification.
