Opening remarks will be delivered by USDA Under Secretary, Greg Ibach. Bernadette Juarez, the new APHIS Deputy Administrator for BRS will review FY 2019 and take a look ahead to FY 2020 priorities; Dr. Fan-Li Chou with USDA’s Office of the Chief Economist will review biotechnology education and outreach efforts; and various oversight activities will be discussed.
