The Skillet Restaurant at Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View, AR offers Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW and Certified Grassfed by AGW bison from Ozark Valley Bison Farm in Fox, AR—the first bison farm in AR to achieve AGW certification. Meet Sue and Tom Moore from M&M Farms in Rudy, Arkansas. They raise grassfed registered Longhorn beef cattle on 60 acres of pasture and woodland, and we were proud to announce them as the first farm in AR to be Certified Grassfed by AGW for beef cattle.
