ADVISORY: Secretary Perdue Travels to Canada, Holds Teleconference FRIDAY

(Washington, D.C., June 14, 2018) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will hold a teleconference TOMORROW, Friday June 15th, to discuss his trip to Canada with U.S. media. Reporters wishing to participate must RSVP to press by TODAY Thursday, June 14th at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Secretary Perdue will be in Canada on Prince Edward Island for a bilateral meeting with Agriculture and Agri-Food Minister Lawrence MacAulay. The Secretary and Minister will hold a media availability following their meeting and tour sites showcasing agriculture and seafood in the province and throughout the Atlantic region.
