This Friday, we travel to Newborn, Georgia, about an hour southeast of Atlanta, to Crystal Organic Farm. Here, Nicolas Donck, his partner Jeni, and sons, Gillen and Jesse, carry on the organic farming traditions initiated by Donck’s mother, Helen Dumba. High tunnels are a cornerstone of their intensive year-round organic vegetable production.
