At our Lomax Farm, it’s a time of change. Our summer crops are almost done, but we’re already planning ahead for the cooler weather of the Fall. We’re starting transplants and getting things ready to start up our cool-season crops. Something we’re really excited about: this year, we’re growing a lot of the vegetables that will be on the menu at the Sustainable Agriculture Conference (save the date: Nov. 3-5, 2017 in Durham, NC)! Chef Isaiah Allen is back again this year and is working with our staff and the Farmers in Training at Lomax to craft our famous local, organic Conference meals. We can’t wait!
