April 25, 2017 Dear BRS Stakeholder, The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) would like to clarify the date and documents that are available for public comment on the proposed revisions to our biotechnology regulations. APHIS will consider all public comments received on or before June 19, 2017, on Docket ID: APHIS-2015-0057. This docket includes not only our proposed rule but also a draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement, Regulatory Impact Analysis, and Information Collection Package.
