Greetings from the USDA Farm Service Agency Guaranteed Loan Branch.

On Thursday, October 20, 2016, Secretary Vilsack announced two new initiatives to help beginning, small and urban producers gain access to credit. The first is the EZ Guarantee Program, which offers a new, simplified application process making it faster and easier to obtain loan guarantees. The second is a new category of lenders, known as Micro Lenders, that will join traditional lenders, such as banks and credit unions, in offering USDA EZ Guarantee Loans.
