Endangered Species Act to List Bethany Beach Firefly
Responding to a petition from the Xerces Society and Center for Biological Diversity, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has proposed to list the Bethany Beach firefly as a threatened species under the U.S. Endangered Species Act. This marks the first time a firefly has been proposed for listing in the U.S.
