Victory! Court Rejects Federal Pesticide-Spraying Program on Millions of Acres of Western Rangelands
Earlier this month, the Xerces Society and the Center for Biological Diversity won a lawsuit against the federal Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service over its program allowing insecticide spraying to kill native grasshoppers and crickets on millions of acres in 17 western states.
