Happy September, and National Food Safety Education Month. And in case you missed it, it is also National Honey Month and National Chicken Month! The fall is also a great time to start planning for next year. There are many software programs out there that can help you do that, and our fabulous Organic Research Coordinator often recommends AgPlan, a free business and farm planning resource created by the University of Minnesota.
