In order to deliver the kind of customer service FSA wants to provide agricultural financial lending institutions, an email list consisting of loan officers and loan managers is necessary. The agency does not have the ability to filter or identify applicable email addresses currently “on file” and receiving Guaranteed Loan GovDelivery transmissions.

FSA asks that all agricultural loan officers doing business with FSA receiving this GovDelivery email complete the information in this FSA Guaranteed Lender Email Survey. There are only 5 fields to complete and should take no longer than a few minutes to do. Please note that the email address you provide must be a work email address not associated with civilian email addresses such as Google, Bing, Hotmail, etc. If your bank uses a civilian mail service and the extension on your email contains something other than an institution identifier, please be sure to provide your telephone number so the Agency may confirm the validity of your submission. For those in the general populous receiving this GovDelivery blast, please rest assured that the materials sent directly to these loan officers is not disadvantageous to you. FSA loan making and loan servicing information remains on FSA web pages, including any applicable notices and amendments to the Agency’s guaranteed loan policies, and there are no changes being made to the emails you receive now.
